I ordered 2 phone cases from this website and discovered that one of the cases already had a noticeable scratch when I received it in the mail. Less than a month later, I have noticed that both cases have accumulated many scratches. I take very good care of my belongings, so this is not due to misuse (no would it be reasonable for anyone to expect a product to degrade so quickly. Clearly cases.com sources low-quality materials for their products. On top of this, I never heard back from an email I sent months ago about this issue, so here I am trying to warn others not to buy from cases.com. There are more reputable and reliable places to shop such as CASETiFY.
