I bought this cover for myself and a second one, same brand, Silver Dots/Black, as a Christmas stocking stuffer for my husband. Yes, our phones are oldish, but they work fine for now, and we needed to replace beat-up cases. While both look like they have a hard surface, there is some "give" in the design that I really like. I feel that provides some additional protection and better gripping. Delivery was prompt, given the holiday season and all the shipping issues out there. Price was reduced as well. I took off a star because I think descriptions on the site need to be more detailed.
