To check the status of your order, follow these steps:
- Look for the Blue Message icon located at the bottom right corner of our website. It looks like this:
- Click on the icon to open the messaging window.
- Click on "Find an order" in the messaging window.
- Enter your order number, email address, or phone number associated with your order.
- Hit "Search" to retrieve your order information.
- You should now see the status of your order on the screen.
"Awaiting fulfillment" means that your order has been placed successfully, and the payment has been processed. However, the order is currently in the processing stage and has not been shipped yet. Please be aware that we do not process or ship orders during weekends and national holidays.
"Awaiting shipment" indicates that your order has finished processing, and the product has been received from the warehouse or supplier, inspected, and packaged. We're in the process of assigning a tracking number to your package, which will allow you to track its progress once it has been dispatched. Typically, once the tracking number has been assigned, the package is ready to be shipped to you.
"Shipped" means that your order has been processed, packaged, labeled, and is on its way to you. The shipping carrier will receive or received your package and it is now in transit to the shipping address you provided when you placed your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to track your package and ensure that someone is available to receive it when it arrives.
