Order Status

To check the status of your order, follow these steps:

  • Look for the Blue Message icon located at the bottom right corner of our website. It looks like this:

  • Click on the icon to open the messaging window.
  • Click on "Find an order" in the messaging window.
  • Enter your order number, email address, or phone number associated with your order.
  • Hit "Search" to retrieve your order information.
  • You should now see the status of your order on the screen.

 

"Order Placed" means that your order has been placed successfully, and the payment has been processed. However, the order is currently in the processing stage and has not been shipped yet. Please be aware that we do not process or ship orders during weekends and national holidays.

"Handcrafting in Progress" means that your order includes items that are being specially manufactured or handmade for you. For select premium brands, such as Piel Frama, each product is meticulously crafted in Spain by skilled artisans — often tailored specifically for each customer. This intricate handcrafting process typically takes about 10 days to complete, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. Once the item is finished and ready, your order will proceed to the next stage for shipment preparation.

"Getting Ready to Ship" means that your order has completed initial processing and we are now collecting all the items needed to fulfill it. This may include sourcing products from our warehouse, a manufacturer's warehouse, or requesting items from suppliers — both within the United States and internationally. Please note that this process may require a few extra days to gather and prepare everything. Once all items are received and inspected, your order will move on to the Packing and Shipping stage.

"Packing and Shipping" indicates that your order has finished processing. The product has either been received at our shipping facility or is currently en route from the warehouse or supplier. Once it arrives, it undergoes inspection and secure packaging. We’re in the process of assigning a tracking number, which will allow you to monitor your shipment once it has been dispatched. Typically, once the tracking number is assigned, your package is nearly ready to be shipped to you. 

"Shipped" means that your order has been processed, packaged, labeled, and is on its way to you. The shipping carrier will receive or received your package and it is now in transit to the shipping address you provided when you placed your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to track your package and ensure that someone is available to receive it when it arrives.
